Here at ParityForPalomar, we’re committed to improving the lives of faculty: Full-Time and Part-Time. While our main focus is ensuring parity for Part-Time faculty, Full-Time faculty are also being served with our efforts.

We are paid by the Palomar Faculty Federation (PFF) to research the issues, gather support, and make our voices heard.

As part of the union's efforts to ensure parity, they have put their money where their mouth is:

• All faculty working on the Parity Project are receiving the same amount of release time

• The union is led by a Full-time Co-President and a Part-time Co-President. Both positions are compensated at 100% and are compensated for healthcare commensurately.
